Ezekiel Elliott prevented another tackle, this time from the NFL front office.
The Dallas Cowboys running back has been advised he will not be punished because of his most recent off-field episode, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported.
Elliott satisfied regarding an incident in Las Vegas in with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell on Tuesday. Following the meeting, Elliott issued an apology for his actions, asserting to make better decisions.
The NFL later declared that Commissioner Goodell decided that the personal conduct policy was not violated by Elliott.

Immediately following reports of an episode in Las Vegas in May between Ezekiel Elliott of the Dallas Cowboys, the NFL conducted a detailed investigation that included interviews with numerous witnesses, including safety personnel and others with direct involvement, in addition to an overview of documentary and other info.
On Tuesday, as part of the review, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell satisfied with Mr. Elliott to reinforce the standards of conduct expected of him and the consequences for failing to meet these standards.
Mr. Elliott acknowledged that he demonstrated poor judgment and committed to make better choices in the long run. He volunteered to benefit from the resources available to assist him continue to grow.
Commissioner Goodell determined there was no violation of the conduct policy and no further action is justified.
The NFL could have taken action against Elliott as a repeat offender for breach of their personal conduct policy. For violating the policy zeke was suspended six matches in 2017.
In this incident, Commissioner Goodell determined no further action was warranted.
The Cowboys expect the noise they hear about Elliott is regarding his on-field exploits when training camp opens.
